All customers will receive a FULL REFUND when canceling prior to the following timeframes. A 48-hour cancellation notice is required for parties of 6 or less. A 72-hour cancellation notice is required for parties of 7 to 10. A 96-hour cancellation notice is required for parties of 11+ and, a 168-hour (1 week) cancellation notice for ALL private charters. This includes any last minute illnesses, injuries, etc. If you don't show up, or want to reschedule at the last minute, a rebooking fee will be applied.
