A 72-hour cancellation notice is required for parties of 7 to 10. A 96-hour cancellation notice is required for parties of 11+ and, a 168-hour (1 week) cancellation notice for ALL private charters. Contact us by phone to cancel or inquire about a cancellation. No-shows will be charged the full price and there will be NO REFUNDS for last minute cancellations (NO EXCEPTIONS). This includes any last minute illnesses, injuries, etc. If you don't show up, or want to reschedule at the last minute, a rebooking fee will be applied. We will charge half the cost of your original reservation to reschedule or rebook.
